Join Emily for a special holiday-themed StrongerU Senior Fitmas class!
- This class includes a cardiovascular warm up, muscular strengthening component using weights and bands (or household items) and ends with a full body stretch.
- It also includes a special drumming track to “The Little Drummer Boy”.
- The class can be done seated or standing.
Equipment:
- Bring weights and a band for the strengthening portion.
- For the drumming track, you can drum on a ball or pillow.
- Use drumsticks, chopsticks, or even plastic kitchen utensils as your instruments.
