NeuroSomatic Creativity: Building Brain Capital with the Arts

Brain Capital, which is the intersection of brain skills and brain health, is a primary concern around the globe.

Neuroscience has now shown engaging in the arts (music, movement, theatre and visual arts) not only builds brain skills in non-arts areas but also builds emotional regulation, coping skills and neuro-resilience.

Join award winning educator and author, Genein Letford, as she takes you on an interactive journey on how to incorporate more brain building arts into your life.

Speaker: Genein Letford, M.Ed.
