Maggie Moon is an award-winning brain health nutrition specialist focused on reducing the risk of neurodegenerative disease through diet and lifestyle strategies that celebrate heritage foods and customs. She is author of The MIND Diet: 2nd Edition: A Scientific Approach to Enhancing Brain Function and Helping Prevent Alzheimer’s and Dementia (2024).

For professionals, Moon is the lead author of the Medical Nutrition Therapy for Neurologic Disorders chapter in the latest editions of Krause’s Food and Nutrition Care Process (Elsevier, 2020, 2022).
