Silent Book Club

📘 Silent Book club

This is a silent book club. Most of the time is spent quietly reading together in a shared, calm space. We begin with a welcome and end with a brief chance to share takeaways. Engagement is simple:

Then settle in and read. Engage in the chat, if you’d like with a few prompts.

At the end, there is an open invitation to stay a few minutes afterward to socialize with other attendees, with no pressure.

Join for part or stay the whole time.  A simple way to read, connect, and support brain health.

🗓️ Upcoming Meeting Dates

The meeting takes place two Tuesdays after our monthly Neuro Nook gathering on the first Thursday.
Please check the calendar for the exact date, as it shifts month to month.

🕛 Meeting Schedule

Here's what makes The Neuro Nook's Silent Book Club
a unique experience:

BYOBook

It’s always BYOBook – any book, any format. Unlike traditional book clubs, there's no set book that everyone has to read. Participants bring whatever book they're currently interested in.

Quiet Camaraderie

The focus is on enjoying individual reading in a shared space. This creates a sense of community without the pressure of forced discussion.

Read with friends

We set aside time before and after our dedicated 'silent reading' time to connect. Post in the chat or opt to speak about your book. Engage in a way that feels right for you.
