Turo, MS, NBC-HWC, RYT-200, is a seasoned brain health educator, behavior change researcher, and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach dedicated to empowering individuals to live healthier, more vibrant lives through evidence-based coaching and lifestyle interventions.
She is currently the Director of Wellness with Kenosis Center, and teaches as an adjunct instructor for Health and Wellness Coaching programs.
With a Master of Science in Health Psychology from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and extensive experience across digital health, behavior change, and brain health initiatives, Trish has worked with leading organizations such as Kenosis Center, Noom, Hinge Health, Together Senior Health, and Linus Health, applying her expertise to coaching, program design, and research.
She has collaborated on NIH-funded brain health behavior studies, spoken at national conferences on leadership and health behavior change, and been a featured voice on the Let’s Talk Brain Health podcast.
Trish also authored A Kids Book About Healthy Habits, sharing her passion for accessible health and wellness education across the lifespan.
Mind
Trish approaches wellness through a brain-centered lens, integrating health psychology, motivational interviewing, and evidence-based behavior change principles to help clients and communities build sustainable healthy habits. She has designed and implemented educational curriculum for research, clinical and digital settings and speaks publicly about strategies to promote long-term brain health and mental well-being.
Body
As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500), a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and lifelong hiker, Trish emphasizes the role of movement, stress regulation, and self-compassion in overall health. Her coaching encourages practices—like nature therapy, regular movement, breathwork, and sleep hygiene—that support not only physical wellness but also foundational brain function and stress recovery.
Heart
At her core, Trish is passionate about connection, community, and joyful living. An avid reader, podcast listener (and sometimes guest!), travel and nature lover, you can find her scaling mountains and exploring trails during every season. With two amazing and active kiddos, a loving and supportive partner, and sweet pets at home, outside time together is a critical component to her lifestyle.
She deeply values human relationships, whether that’s supporting clients 1:1, speaking to groups about brain health, or creating resources that make wellness accessible for people of all ages. Her heart-centered approach brings empathy, curiosity, and encouragement into every interaction.
