Trish is an experienced National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and Behavior Specialist with an MS in Health Psychology and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200). She provides an evidence-based collaborative and supportive approach for individuals wanting to develop achievable and sustainable health and wellness goals. With a demonstrated history in project management and cross-team collaboration, she has experience in experiment protocol oversight. Trish supports her participants and clients as a Brain Health Coach and Behavior Expert, and has developed and implemented evidence-based education and curriculum for NIH-funded research studies.
