Jess Brain (yes, really!) is a Brain Fitness Trainer, Laughter Leader, and Neurobics Instructor who has spent the past 10+ years working in Neuroscience research and brain rehabilitation learning the fastest ways to heal, grow, protect, and upgrade the brain.

Jess is passionate about discovering the latest research, tools, and techniques to increase Cognitive Reserve (the brain's back up plan) with the aim of allowing us to age gracefully with all our marbles in tact!

Jess hosts online group sessions and also offers individual training sessions sharing diet and lifestyle tips that you can easily apply to your lifestyle that boost your mood, memory, motivation, and mental health.
