📚 EXCLUSIVE Kick-Off Event For Brain Week 2026
🗓️ Thursday, March 5, 2026
This special Neuro Nook gathering will feature Dr. Jennifer Fraser, Ph.D, and her groundbreaking book The Gaslit Brain: Protect Your Brain from the Lies of Bullying, Gaslighting, and Institutional Complicity.
About the Book:
In The Gaslit Brain, Dr. Fraser explores how gaslighting manipulates the brain and damages our ability to think clearly, both as individuals and as communities. Drawing on neuroscience and psychology, she reveals how targets of gaslighting experience real neurological harm, while those who bully and manipulate often have deficits in their own brain function. The book also provides practical strategies to help us recognize and resist manipulation, strengthen psychological safety, and protect our cognitive health.
Event Highlights:
- A conversation with Dr. Jennifer Fraser about the neuroscience of gaslighting.
- Insights into the impact of manipulation on both the target’s and manipulator’s brains.
- Practical tools and exercises from the book to safeguard your mind and resist falsehoods.
